Gleam & Grove is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided. While we take every reasonable care to ensure orders are packaged and shipped securely, we cannot be held liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gleam & Grove shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays or delivery issues.
Shipping Policy - the basics

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the USA. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. UK delivery options include standard delivery (7–14 business days) currently , with shipping costs shown at checkout. All UK orders are sent using a tracked and insured service. USA and Canada delivery typically takes 3-9 business days depending on the destination; international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
