Refunds are issued in accordance with Gleam & Grove's Refund Policy and applicable UK and USA consumer law. Eligibility for a refund is subject to the item being returned within the stated timeframe and in its original, unused condition, with all packaging intact. Certain items, including but not limited to custom-made or hygiene-sensitive jewellery, may be excluded from refunds unless proven to be faulty. Gleam & Grove reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer. Nothing in this disclaimer limits or excludes your statutory rights.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Gleam & Grove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your jewellery, you may request a refund within [14/30] days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as earrings or custom-made pieces may be non-refundable unless faulty. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
